An excellent reputation
Amy Edge-Bovair Manager
I have worked in a variety of childcare settings, from nannying in the family home to working in a busy city day nursery. I have also worked in international childcare settings.
Throughout my 15 years’ experience I have gained most, if not all of my knowledge and understanding of what is good and important from working with the children and their families. They have helped shape me as a mother and a practitioner and together with my level 5 diploma in childcare and BA (Hons) in Photography, I strive to inspire, nurture and create a safe and exciting environment for the children to learn and grow.
Ruth Sweeney Deputy Manager/SENCo
I first became involved in Early Years in 2005 when my youngest daughter attended her first nursery. From that point I knew I have found my vocation and commenced my training. I hold CACHE NVQ's level 2 and 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development and a Foundation Degree in Early Years Playwork and Education. I have previously worked as a Deputy Manager and SENCo and will strive to ensure that all children 'have their voice heard' within an environment whereby they feel happy, secure, take on new challenges and have fun.
In my spare time I enjoy walking.
Katie Webb Play Assistant
I am NNEB trained and when I left college I was employed as a nanny to four very different families with children of various ages for a total of 14 years. I then left my present job in 2002 to have my son. I have been a preschool assistant at Moulton Preschool since November 2009. I live in Newmarket with my husband, son and Jack Russell dog and in my spare time I enjoy meeting up with friends, dog walks and spending time with family.
Sarah Knappett Play Assistant
I started working with children when I was 20yrs old, working in nursery settings, nanning and running after school clubs, I have been working at Moulton Pre-school since September 2013. I live in Burwell with my daughter, and in my spare time I enjoy reading, going to the cinema and eating out at restaurants.
Hayley Parsons Play Assistant
I have been involved with the Pre-school since my middle son attended in 2007. Back then, I took on the role as Treasurer as well as helping out on the Parent Rota. When my third son attended in 2011, I again joined the Committee, this time taking on the role as Secretary. Once he moved onto school, I joined the preschool as Bank Staff. Now it's an enormous pleasure to be employed with the Pre-school as a play assistant. I love nothing more than having quality time with my three boys and husband, from family walks and bike rides, I also like to read a good book and enjoy meeting up with friends.
